I was an ordinary student until I met the person
who taught me how to achieve academic
excellence.
My name is Meshari and I was born in Al-Hasa in the Eastern Province of KSA.
I had very loving parents. My mother is the kindest person I have ever known.
My father also loved me and cared a lot
for me but, unfortunately, he died when I was only six years old.
My mother provided me with everything
a student could need. Nevertheless, I wasn’t an outstanding student.
I wasn’t satisfied with myself, and I didn’t know what to do to make progress. What can I do to improve my performance?
Where do I begin?
Years passed by and I moved to the first
year of high school. I started studying in a new school.
Everything changed completely when I met my new friend Faisal during one of our local games. Faisal and his friends taught me valuable lessons. Those lessons radically changed my academic situation.
To escape my school worries,
I decided to join al Safwa football team.
Faisal was one of Al-Safwa’s veteran players.
We used to hear about his accomplishments at King Faisal University where he was studying general medicine. I didn’t know him personally, but I could safely say that he was everybody’s friend. While most of the young-men were one-dimensional, Faisal was head and shoulders above everyone. He had no enemies, and from his direct way of speaking on that day, I discovered that he was good at communicating with everyone.
There was some physical resemblance between us. We were of the same height, but I was a little darker and thinner than him. He had a more proportionate and athletic body. His look was indicative of his intelligence.
Faisal: Do you want to learn the secrets of excellence?
Meshari: Yes I do. I will listen to you, and I will take everything you teach me seriously.

The measure of excellence evaluates my actual level in regard to the DAFOR habits.

I focus on the things that I can influence to improve myself,
I don’t pay much attention to circumstances I can’t influence.
I am careful how I spend my time and avoid wasting it.
I endure hardship, and I overcome obstacles to be successful.
I believe that I can achieve my goal, and I trust in my ability to make progress.

15. މައިންބަފައިންނާއި، މުދައްރިސުންނަށް ކަމޭހިތަން އަދި އެ ދެފަރާތަށް އަބަދުވެސް ހެޔޮ ދުޢާ ކޮށްދެން☒
ހެޔޮލަފާ އެކުވެރިން އިޚްތިޔާރު ކުރުމަކީ، މުހިއްމު ކަމެއް. އެކުވެރިންނަށް ހެޔޮގޮތް ވުމަށް އެދުމާއި ހެޔޮ ދުޢާ ކޮށްދޭންޖެހޭ. ހެޔޮލަފާ އެކުވެރިންނަކީ މަދު ބައެއް. ޤިޔާމަތް ދުވަހުން ހުރިހާ އެކުވެރިން ވާނީ ޢަދުއްވުން ކަމުގައި. ހަމަ އެކަނި ތަޤްވާވެރި، ޞާލިޙް އެކުވެރިން ފިޔަވައ!
